ACQUISITION OF MUSEUMS FROM MUSEUMS ALONG THE LINES OF MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES, AND OF COURSE THE PRESSURE FOR HARMONIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION INCLUDING ART SCHOOLS WITH PRACTICAL NEEDS, NOT ONLY IN A THE FORM OF PRIVATIZATION OR DIRECT LINKS TO BUSINESSES ,BUT ALSO WITH ORIENTATION TOWARDS THE PRODUCTION OF SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE THAT WILL HELP US TO SOLVE SPECIFIC ,PRACTICAL PROBLEMS, WITH THE PROCESS OF FENCING((ENCLOSURE) OF THE INTELLECTUAL PRODUCTS THAT WILL NORMALLY BELONG TO THE HUMAN COMMUNITY.

WHEN WE KNOW THAT TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS IT NOT CONSIST ALWAYS WITH REAL NEEDS IN SOCIETY
FURTHER DOES NOT MEAN THAT TODAY THERE ARE NOT AUTONOMOUS ISLETS IN ART, OR THAT THE ARTISTS THEY DON’T INTERACT THROUGH THERE ART WHITH THE SOCIETY,THE ISSUE IS INTERACTION WITH THE PUBLIC WITHOUT THE INTENTION OF DETERIORATION SOMETHING THAT CAUSES TO THE MEDIATION..
